Alzheimer's Disease, the most common form of dementia, is a progressive brain disease that destroys brain cells, causing problems with memory, thinking, and behavior serious enough to ultimately disrupt an individual’s daily life. It affects every patient and family differently, resulting in the need for a highly individualized approach to caregiving. City Healthcare Resources’ highly skilled staff will provide immediate and effective nursing care that is designed to meet the patient’s specific needs and address the functional limitations experienced by individuals who are living with a restricting condition.
