Billing & Payment Options
City's accounting department provides clients with detailed billing information on a bi-weekly basis; these invoices provide you with the details of the shifts we have covered, at each of your locations. The minimum billing time is four hours.

Payment Options  Homecare Services
City Healthcare Resources works with a variety of payor sources to ensure that your homecare needs are covered. At City Healthcare Resources, it is engrained in our culture to strive for excellence through serving the needs of others.

We offer flexible payment options, including the acceptance of most insurances, long-term care insurance, private pay, and Workers’ Compensation to ensure that you or your loved one is able to get the best care available.

Types of payments may vary by office location; please check with your local City office to find out which payment options are available in your area.

Should you need assistance with a referral for a patient who was injured on the job, please contact your local City office for more information.

Long-Term Care:

Long-Term Care Insurance (LTC) can assist individuals who can no longer care for themselves. Many City offices accept LTC insurance. Learn more about this type of insurance and how it can be used.

Long-Term Care Insurance helps to cover:
Daily activities of living such as bathing, eating, and dressing
Skilled nursing care
• Rehabilitation, either in a nursing facility or at home
• Cognitive impairment care, such as
Alzheimer’s care

Workers' Compensation:
If you or a loved one has been injured on the job, workers’ compensation can help pay for medically necessary in-home treatment and care of your injuries. City works to ensure that you receive proper care in order to achieve the best possible outcomes and promote a safe return to work.
 Private Pay:
City works with patients and their families to provide home healthcare services on a private pay or self-pay basis. Sometimes private pay becomes necessary for either skilled medical or non-medical care services that are not covered by insurances.
Veterans Aid:
The Veterans Aid and Attendance program, provided by the Veterans Administration, offers benefits for veterans and surviving spouses who require assistance with daily living activities. City Healthcare Services is able to work with patients and their families to verify eligibility of pension benefits from the Veterans Administration.
