Program Management Services

CHR offers a detailed approach to managing contracts. Our local branch offices, serve as program management offices for these facilities. This ensures that all of the resources are coordinated locally, and the necessary services are implemented and maintained according to the contract requirements.

While all candidates report directly to the client's on-site supervisor, CHR maintains contact with the client throughout the term of the assignment to monitor and ensure quality employee performance. CHR program managers manage contract compliance, service fulfillment, operations, and quality control. Our interactive approach provides a clear point of contact for the Company Contracting Officer, their designates, and the procuring facility.

PPS allows City to objectively measure what consistent set of behaviors are required for any role in any company and then measure and compare candidates against this model to evaluate fit and better predict performance.
